Becca is a particulary sweet, gentle and well-behaved girl. She is definitely on the shy side at first, and will need a lot of reassurance to boost her confidence. Only the gentlest verbal corrections should be used. These will rarely be needed, as she very much wants to please. While her appetite is good she is not particularly food-motivated. She goes up steps quite nicely, but likes a little assistance going down. She also is doing great on the hardwood floors, unless something startles her. Her house-training record is perfect!
Becca loves her crate; so much, that a little more every day we lock her out of it. The first day was tough, but since she is increasingly comfortable on the dog bed in the family room. Becca is starting to really like walks, though she startles at loud noises. She also likes her plush toys, and hanging out in the back yard. Sometimes we see those stuffed animals flying pretty high up when she's back there having a romp. She's absolutely great with other animals.
All this pretty girl needs is a whole lot of love to blossom!
